How to grow Broccoli Sprouts in Australia

Grow broccoli sprouts indoors in a clean jar or tray with no soil needed. Rinse the seeds and drain well, then rinse twice a day in fresh water and keep them out of direct sun.

Harvest tip

Harvest when the sprouts stand 3 to 5cm tall with open yellow-green seed leaves, usually within a week. Snip above the roots and rinse before eating.

Storage

Fridge in a container for 3 to 5 days. Rinse daily.
