Free Garden Mulch
ServiceWho: Residents of WMRC member councils (includes parts of the western Perth metro area).
How: Check the WMRC website for collection locations and any quantity limits. Mulch is produced from green waste and available throughout the year.

WA Government Treebate
RebateWho: Any WA resident aged 18 or over.
How: Purchase a WA-native tree from any WA nursery. The tree must be expected to reach a canopy of 3 metres or larger at maturity. Claim your $150 rebate through the ServiceWA app. There are 10,000 rebates available per year and the program runs until 2029.

RebateWho: Residents in the South West and Great Southern regions.
How: Purchase and install a rainwater tank connected to your toilet or washing machine. Apply for the rebate through the Water Corporation. Program runs September 2025 to May 2026.
